HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Brought my car in for service that included an oil change and I requested a car wash. When my car was ready I observed three dings on passenger side. I immediately brought it to their attention before leaving the establishment. They took before and after pictures of my vehicle before service. No damage was observed in those photos. The manager, Jerry Messenger was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. Never addressed me, never made eye contact with me, never even offered an apology while he tried to look into the matter. Instead, he informed me that there is no way this could have been happened there. Stated that the pictures taken prior to service were not good enough to determine if the dings were already there. They painted the dings and it looks so tacky. They half washed my car. This was just a horrible experience. No one should bring their vehicle in for service and leave with unexplained damages. I sent an email to Joe VanDevere 1 week ago. No one has contacted me
