• What are the next steps in the interview process?
The interview process is usually 3-4 interviews for the majority of positions. You’ll see the HR-Recruiter, the Department Manager, the GM, and you’ll meet one of the VanDeveres. This is to ensure your attitude and culture reflect what is expected for the betterment of the company.
• What opportunities are there for employees to provide feedback?
At VanDevere, we have an open door policy for all of our Upper Management and HR team. Aside from this, we have a 30-, 60-, and 90-day check in process with new hires. Managers and our recruiter sit down with the new employee and talk about their experience so far at our dealership while gaining all possible feedback.
• How does VanDevere support work-life balance?
VanDevere is dedicated to ensuring that employees maintain healthy work-life balance. Although employees do not earn PTO until they are employed for one year with us, we offer generous time off if need be. Aside from time off, VanDevere keeps a fun environment at work. Between the picnics, food trucks, and other activities, VanDevere always has something fun going on to help employees feel a better sense of community and belonging.
