My wife and I came on to buy a new Kia Seltos on Saturday, November 2nd. As we were waiting for the paperwork, Randy Browne told me to go take a look at the Blue Buick Encore GX that was in the lot. One look and I fell in love. We came back 2 days later on Monday, November 4th to get it. Randy is by far the best salesperson that we have ever dealt with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and really easy to work with. We felt no pressure to buy anything.

They did what they said they would. It was a long wait, but they did ask if I wanted to be taken home.

THIS EXPERIENCE WAS A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN THE LAST VISIT. I SINCERELY ENJOYED THE VIDEO OF THE TECHNICIAN DOING THE SERVICE INSPECTION WITH EXPLANATIONS. THAT WAS PRETTY COOL.

The service was punctual and courteous.

Did everything that was scheduled. Was surprised with the video explaining the condition of my vehicle, very nice addition.

My salesman Yahwshua King was the best. I hadn���t planned on buying a car. I only wanted an oil change in the old one!!! He worked with me, found out what was most important to me. I���m beyond thrilled with my Buick Envista.

I expected to be sitting in the waiting area all day as this is what always occurred when I went to service at Arbogast Ford. What a PLEASANT SURPRISE, the service manager said my vehicle would be ready in an hour and in exactly 58 minutes it was done and washed! The waiting room had fresh coffee, snacks, and water. Completely happy experience.

Everyone was friendly! Michael Robinson worked with me at my appointment and he was phenomenal! You need a hundred more like him!! He was easy to talk too and he listened. He was super nice and such a joy to work with. He definitely needs a raise for this great work! He was amazing and so friendly. I will be back for sure and Mike is on speed dial to be my person!

We have never had any issues with the service team at VanDevere���s. Jerry Messenger & actually everyone has always been very courteous & professional. They explain any repairs that are due & takes care of them.

Best service around. I drive 1.5 hours to them. They are trustworthy.
