I was put off, my phone text were not returned and then after I presented my insurance card for the rental I was asked to get my agent on the phone to ensure I had coverage and I���ve never been asked to do that when renting a car. I didn���t leave feeling great but when I came to pick up my car Justin was really kind and funny. I appreciated his customer service.
